Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi has stated in a congratulatory message that the Egyptian Government has confidence in the ability of President Ranil Wickremesinghe to lead Sri Lanka to progress and prosperity.
The President of Egypt while extending his congratulations wished that every effort President Wickremesinghe makes to fulfill the hopes and expectations of the Sri Lankan people be successful.
The Egyptian President also said that he is keen to further strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries to advance the common interests of the two countries and ensure a more prosperous future for the friendly people of the two countries.
